Information we collect
When you request a quote or make a booking, we collect the information needed to provide the service: name, email address, phone number, pickup and drop-off details, flight number when relevant, passenger count, luggage details, special requests and payment-related information.
How we use information
We use booking information to prepare quotes, confirm reservations, assign drivers and vehicles, monitor flights, provide customer support, process payments, meet legal obligations and improve Lisbon Direct services.
Analytics and website data
We may collect basic website analytics such as visited pages, device type, referrer, approximate location and conversion events. This helps us understand demand and improve the website. Analytics data is used in aggregated form where possible.
Sharing information
We share booking details only with people and providers needed to deliver the service, such as assigned drivers, dispatch support, payment processors and professional advisers where legally required. We do not sell personal data.
Data retention
We keep booking and communication records for as long as needed to provide support, manage accounting, comply with legal duties and resolve disputes. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or keep it only in anonymized form.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data. You may also object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us by email.
Sub-processors and service providers
Lisbon Direct uses trusted sub-processors and data processors to run the website and deliver bookings. These include Stripe for card and online payment processing; Resend for transactional email such as quote confirmations and booking updates; Umami for privacy-oriented website analytics (page views and conversion events, not ad profiling); and Turso for database hosting of quote and booking records in the EU region. Assigned chauffeurs and dispatch partners receive pickup and drop-off details needed to complete your ride, as described in the sharing section above. Personal data is shared only as needed to provide the service. Processors are required to protect data under contract and, where required by law, under a data processing agreement (DPA). This list may be updated when providers change.
